Settle in, warm through and enjoy a proper wood-fired sauna by the sea.
Our standard sessions last 50 minutes, giving you plenty of time to heat up, cool off with a dip in the sea, and go back in for another round.
Perfect whether you’re staying at Lunga Pier & Shore, visiting for the day, or just fancy an hour by the water.

Kids’ Warm-Up Sauna
30 minutes · Weekends only · £3.50 per person
A gentler introduction to sauna for younger visitors, held while the wood-fired stove is warming up for the day.
These relaxed 30-minute sessions are for children aged 5–15 and run at a lower temperature than our standard sauna sessions — a lovely way to give sauna a try without jumping straight into the full heat.
Children must be accompanied in the sauna by an adult, and both child and adult need their own £3.50 place.
Under-5s can’t use the sauna.

Membership sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Unused sessions don’t roll over into the next 30-day period.
